At Red Orbit we love our culture. Yes, we can be a bit strange, but it nevertheless defines who we are and why we are.<\/p>\n

A couple of years ago, when we started our rapid growth, we decided we needed to preserve the core culture. Many companies lose their way when they scale their businesses and we were determined this would not happen to us. That\u2019s why we decided to create Red Orbit Culture Book<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Our Culture Book not only helps us preserve our culture, it helps us hire the right people and scale business more successfully. It is the underlying layer of everything we do. It defines WHY we do the things we do.<\/p>\n

But most importantly, we created Culture Book because we wanted to create and work in a company we love. We wanted to establish an environment that nurtures values that are important to us and our clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In my opinion, a culture book shouldn\u2019t be just a paper with a few statements written on it. It represents a mindset toward which we strive as a company.<\/strong> We embody these guidelines in who we are, why we exist, and how we do things.<\/p>\n

It took us 3 months to write everything down, review it, re-think it and create a final document. Since creating its original version in 2015, it has been reviewed a couple of times.<\/p>\n

We ended up with 11 statements and 70 slides describing who we are, what we do, and why we do it.<\/p>\n

    We collectively believe and live everything that is written in our Culture Book. We might not be perfect in all areas, but we are striving toward it.<\/p>\n

    Now for the first time, we have decided to share the whole Red Orbit Culture Book with the world. We really believe it\u2019s important that our clients and partners understand what our values are. Not only to understand us, but also to hold us accountable if we are failing to live up to them. <\/strong>Transparency brings clarity and with clarity we can all work better together.<\/p>\n

    I hope this will also help other companies create their culture books. Sharing is caring. And we do care.<\/p>\n
